Nick Brady - awesome student
Nicholas has autism which presents itself as a severe movement disorder. But through typing, he is able to communicate and do his schoolwork.
Nicholas explains that “typing is my greatest gift. It gives me a chance to be whatever I want to be.” And because Nicholas works hard on his typing skills, he has had the chance to be fully included in a general education classroom with a 1:1 communication partner since the 3rd grade. .
Nick
is fully included in all aspects of his life, including his school, his
community and his family. He is on the Honor Roll at his school,
excels in Math, is an amazing writer, and loves going out to restaurants
for Mexican food.
